Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item/s to request a return.

If you wish to return your order, please note that there is no possibility to exchange it for other sizes or items. In such cases, you will need to place a new order. To return unwanted items purchased at fiiqissah.com, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Ensure that the items have their original labels intact, are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. 
  2. All goods being returned must be packed in a bag or a box.
  3. You can now return your items using our Returns Portal

You will need your email address to start your return. We offer a pre-paid returns label and the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. By choosing a pre-paid service through our returns portal you will be provided with a fully tracked return service back to our warehouse.

We aim to process returns within 10 working days upon receiving them at our warehouse.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fiiqissah.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Missing Parcels
For missing shipments, we will initiate a complete investigation with the carrier. Refunds cannot be issued until the investigation is finalized, which may take up to 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
